The jacket is lightweight, waterproof which is vital in the current rainy weather we are getting, and comfortable to wear. The heating is also easy to turn on an adjust on the coat. This will be perfect for the upcoming cold winter. This is a great alternative to the really thick winter coats I have previously used, as it’s much easier to carry around. You need to buy an American adapter plug that can charge the battery pack before you use it. Fantastic coat, heats up quickly, waterproof, I bought a Small and I’m a size 12. Delivery was within 48 hours, just a shame it doesn’t come with a hood. Keeps you warm without the need of wearing big bulky coats. Would be better if it came with a laundry bag to wash the jacket in though

Jacke sieht gut aus nur leider kann ich sie nicht laden, da der Ladestecker nicht in deutsche Steckdosen passt. Kein Hinweis darauf dass man einen Adapter dazu kaufen muss ! Daher nur 4Sterne .PS: Man kann aber den Adapter vom Stecker wechseln daher die 4 Sterne

I'm a UK size 6, and 5'10" tall lady. I asked for this for Christmas last year from my parents and it is THE BEST GIFT EVER! I'm always cold which is a problem when I work 12 hour night shifts... Outside... In all weathers. I can't survive a night shift without it, it makes me so much less miserable haha. And the battery actually lasts for most of the shift too! It means I can wear fewer layers so I can move easier during a shift.I wear it outside of work too through the winter as its a smart jacket in its own right, and then I wear it under my winter coat too.The colour coded light setting is great as I can just glance down to see what setting it's on. Photo 1 shows the fit, photo 2 shows the coat under my boiler suit.It is very very slim fitted and the sleeves are too short for me. But overall I love it and will get another one once this stops working!

Very disappointed right now. I ordered the jacket and received it the beginning of Dec 2020. Worked great and loved it for the first almost 2 months. Then I noticed burn holes in back of my $80 down vest, sure enough the jacket has a matching hole on the heating element! Tried contacting them on their website multiple times for over 2 weeks now and received no reply. So much for "customer service" and "year warranty".***update!!*** left this review in Feb, its now May and I have yet to get a response or find a better way to contact these people. Im thinking "customer service" is nothing more than an urban legend at this point!!! Tad bit frustrated, I wasnt even trying for a refund, I simply wanted a jacket that works!

I got this jacket to stay warm during the freezing, late fall football games! After using it for 1 1/2 seasons, I can say it is a very good jacket. It warms up quick, has 3 heat settings, and lasts the entire football game and even after. The only thing I am not a fan of is that the sleeves aren't very movable, I feel sort of constricted in them. The jacket is even slightly big for me, it's just the fabric being waterproof that makes it tough.Although the heat definitely helps, don't rely on this jacket for warmth if you are in freezing weather. I wear a cuddledud long sleeve under the heated jacket, and then a thick coat on the top.

I got the jacket on time and bought my usual size of xl and there is room for sweaters underneath. The heating on it works without issues and has 3 different lights for high med and low. I do wish it would get hotter than it does but I've seen that same issue with the majority of heating jackets so I think it's how they are suppose to be. I had one issue of thinking the charger I got wasn't the one Im the picture. It ended up being I was missing a peice for the charger. I contacted customer service and they replied within a day and were happy to send out another charger. They said it would take 2-4 business days and I received it the next day. Very happy with the overall experience. I would buy this jacket again from the same shop.

Très déçu... il n'a pas de taille élastique ou a ficelle pour s'ajuster au corp.. il n'y a pas non plus d'élastique aux poignets.. et le plus important.. il n'y q que la plaque du haut du dos qui chauffe... sinon la taille M est bien une taille M.

Hi, it doesn't have 3 heated areas. Only Back heated pad is Functional.Which is a big shame and disappointment

Bis jetzt saß Beate Geschenk was ich meiner Frau machen konnte.Sie ist viel draußen und selbst bei richtiger Kälte reicht Stufe 2 völlig aus.Accu hält locker 8 Std.

Leider fallen die jacken sehr klein aus, meine Tochter hat Größe S ich habe extra M bestellt, selbst die ist zu klein und die Ärmel viel zukurz. Geht zurück!Achtung kein deutscher Stecker!!!!
