To ensure a worry-free shopping experience, we offer the following:
7-Day Return & Refund
You may request a return and full refund within 7 days of receiving your item.
30-Day Free Exchange
If you need a different size or model, you may request a free exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.
2-Year Warranty
All products include a 2-year free warranty.
If the item cannot be repaired, we will provide a free replacement.
When returning or exchanging, please keep the following in mind:

Items must be unused and unwashed.

Items must be returned with all original accessories, including batteries and chargers.

Items must be in resalable condition. Products with pet hair, stains, odors (smoke, perfume, cologne), or damage may not qualify.

Items must be returned in the same condition you would expect to receive from us.

Return or exchange parcels must be postmarked and handed to the carrier within 7 days (for refunds) or within 30 days (for exchanges) of receiving your item.

3.Measures to be taken to return/exchange goods.
To start a return and exchange, please contact us at support@conqueco.com write your order number and reason for return and exchange in the email, including a photo of the product you are returning and the size and style you are exchanging.
We will confirm the required information with you within 2 business days.
Please note that returns and exchange will need to be sent to the address that our customer service team provided to you.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package via email, then you can choose any logistics provider you like to send the items to us.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please be sure to contact us to confirm the return address and method before you send the item.
4.How long does it take to receive a refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Note
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
